Silent Auction

The Silent Auction committee is currently looking for donation of a merchandise or service. The funds raised are utilized by our Parish Life Center for operating many enrichment programs and ministries that OLM Parish provides for the local communities. It also helps support a variety of community outreach programs that positively impact the lives of individuals and families in our local area. This year we have deemed Hessed House our charity of choice to benefit from our fund raising.

If you are willing to donate a product or service, please complete the Silent Auction Donation Form. If you require additional information or wish for us to make arrangements for pick-up of items, please contact MercyFest committee. We greatly appreciate your support and hope we can count on you to help make this event a great success.

Spaghetti Dinner

Bring your family and friends and come enjoy an "all-u-can-eat" spaghetti dinner and dance or be entertained by the Polka music. This annual event celebrates the closing of the festival weekend.

Volunteers Needed at Mercy Fest...

This annual community festival is made possible by many, many volunteers!  We are so grateful for those who volunteer to help greet at the welcome tent, clean tables, cook and serve the food and drinks, help with directing traffic, or simply come out to assist in any way they can. Consider spending some time during Mercy Fest behind the scenes. More information coming soon...

Funds raised through the weekend of events, including those from the MercyFest Cash Raffle, help maintain our Parish Life Center and support various programs for the community at large.

This year’s focus is Hesed House, located right here in Aurora, which supplies food and clothing to those in need as well as help homeless families get the necessary support for a fresh start. Hesed House is the second largest homeless shelter (in numbers served) in the State of Illinois, changing lives, one family at a time.

To find out more information about this charity and to donate directly to them, please visit http://www.hesedhouse.org/donate/ website, be sure to indicate in the comments section "Referred by MercyFest".

Opportunities to donate canned goods will also be available during the festival weekend. You can help by donating size 4,5, or 6 baby diapers, new socks, toothbrushes, canned foods, powdered drink mixes or money.

We will take all these donations to Hesed House in a van donated for our use during MercyFest by Hennessey Ford. Let’s fill it to the brim and show our community how much we care!

Donations can be dropped off in the PLC, and parking attendants will be happy to accept any nonmonetary donations. All donors will receive a carnival coupon. Thank you for your support of Hesed House!
